Service access and safety
Customers must provide safe access to approved service areas and secure aggressive or escape-prone animals. Porch equipment must be placed in an accessible and reasonably protected area.
Recurring billing
Recurring plans renew automatically according to the checkout terms until cancelled under the current cancellation policy. Missed service caused by unavailable access or an unprepared exchange station may remain billable.
Equipment
FreshBox-provided stations and assigned equipment remain FreshBox property unless a written agreement says otherwise. Lost or intentionally damaged equipment may be billed at replacement cost.
Service limitations
FreshBox is a cleaning and pet-waste convenience service and does not diagnose animal health conditions. Unsafe, abnormal or biohazard-like conditions may cause service to stop pending customer instructions.
