Which plan means I do not scoop?
No-Scoop Porch Exchange and approved Full-Service Assisted Care follow the confirmed full-service plan. Biweekly customers scoop between visits.
Do I have to allow inside access?
No. Porch service is no-entry. Inside access is optional and only used for approved assisted care.
What about two or more pets?
Add every cat, dog and litter box during signup. Equipment and any price difference are confirmed first.
Will the station fit an XL pan?
The plan is XL-compatible; final dimensions are confirmed before placement.
Are pans shared?
No. Assigned pans stay dedicated to one household.
How do I log back in?
Use Customer Login in the top menu with the email and password created during signup.
