Yes on eligible exchange plans within normal household usage. Customers who require a specialty litter supply the approved product.
Do I have to let you inside?
No. Porch Exchange is designed for no-entry service. Home and evening service are separate options.
Does my box get used by another customer?
No. FreshBox exchange pans are identified and assigned to the household during service.
What happens to the used litter?
The service setup will specify the approved disposal method for the property. FreshBox does not flush litter.
Can you clean a Litter-Robot or other automatic box?
RobotCare is available for approved models and configurations.
Can I combine cat and dog service?
Yes. FreshHome packages combine qualifying exchange and yard routes.
