Common questions
Do you reuse my litter box with another household?
No. FreshBox exchange pans are identified and assigned to the household during the membership.
What if my cat uses special litter?
Our standard house litter is included on eligible plans. If your cat requires another product, keep the approved specialty litter available and we will use yours.
Do I have to let anyone inside?
No. Porch Exchange is designed specifically to work without home entry. Home and evening options are available for customers who want us to perform the swap.
Can I add dog-waste service?
Yes. FreshYard can be added to qualifying routes, and FreshHome packages combine cat and dog service.
